How Does the Digital Guest List Work?
Design your invitation
When you design your invitations, choose the free “digital guest list” option. We then add a QR code to the back of your invitations, matched to the design of your card.
Personalise the service
After you have ordered, you'll receive an email with the access link to your digital guest list. There you can give your celebration a name and set the reply-by date for your guests.
Your guests reply
Your guests scan the QR code on the invitation, which lets them accept or decline quickly and easily and leave any extra details.
Acceptances and declines at a glance
You can reach your digital guest list at any time through your customer account. We'll also let you know by email whenever new guests have replied.
Personalise the service
You can make your digital guest list personal and fitting for your event. Give it your own event name, the date of the celebration and the reply-by date, and your guests have everything they need to know at a glance.
Your guests reply
The QR code on the back of your invitations makes replying easy. Guests scan it with a phone, a digital reply form opens, and there they can accept or decline and leave any extra details. Everything they send appears in your digital guest list.
